Absolutely would not recommend this dealer just a waste of time in sending pictures and Vin # of trade vehicle and salesman didn't respond for 3 days when I finally got in touch with someone they said he was off for the next 2 days I told the person that when the salesman came back to work to tell him to remove my name from his contact list and I would remove his from mine

Great experience with Hardy Automotive Group (internet sales manager Kim and sales rep Bryan). I did not end up with the car, but I hope I can buy from them in the future. I asked for some unusual help - wanted to see copies of sales agreement, total cost out the door of vehicle. I got straightforward answers and help! Almost unheard of from a car dealer. On a Sunday, I was planning to go buy the car. In the morning, I let Bryan know I was coming. The dealership is a little over an hour drive for me. Before I left, Bryan got in touch to let me know someone else was on the way to look at the same vehicle. I decided to kill some time, then go if the other person didn't buy it. Bryan kept in contact and let me know that it was looking good (for me), but then called to inform me the other person did in fact purchase the car. His constant attention and communication saved me 3 wasted hours at least. Shockingly trustworthy dealer!
