Had a great over all experience buying my car here. They aren’t pushy at all. They take their time to explain everything and make sure that you also understand. Buying a car can be hard but with them they made it easy. Would highly recommend. I worked with Carlos.

I was unhappy with the undisclosed fees. When I got a price quote it included a deposit of$1995 and dealer prep fee of $1990 which added almost $4000 to the price listed on Car Gurus. Compared to other dealers the fees seemed too high.

I was not pleased with all the hidden fees, but decided to put a deposit down anyway and after a couple of days I realized that the deal we made just didn't make sense. They made an appointment with me to finalize the deal and I took off of work, only for them to not receive the title for days. I know it's not their fault, but they never said they didn't have the title in their possession and that it might not work out on the day of the appointment! I wouldn't have taken off of work!

Contacted about a vehicle. Scheduled a test drive. The next day the listing was removed. I contacted again to see if it was taken down due to me coming to look at it. 1 person said it was still there just not for sale??? Why have the listing up if it isn't for sale???. Another said it was sold and gone. Never got back with me regarding who was correct or if the truck was even there.

They were very quick to respond but I had found what I wanted prior to moving forward with thier car.

Terrible experience!! If I could give a minus star I would. Contacted only by the internet team. I had concerns and questions on the price because on CarGurus the price has gone from $8,442 - $8,982 but when you look at their site NOW the price is $9,982. They said the I would be contacted ASAP by the VIP MANAGER. NEVER HAPPEND! And I have tried numerous attempts for 2 weeks now. Looks like their hiding something. Sounds like the old BAIT & SWITCH.

Don't be fooled by the low price they show in the title. READ FINEPRINT CAREFULLY! Volkswagen of Freehold HIDES additional 5 K (before 700 doc fees) . So whatever price you see , add 6K safely. I cannot believe Car Gurus allows it. Not only it misleads the customers looking to buy a car but also provides unfair competitive advantage to the honest dealerships.

Sales person friendly, inexperienced. Saw the car on Cargurus for $7052, called, made appointment to test drive, after a 210 miles round trip for the price that I was promised, prices was raised by $5000.

I received two text messages. First message thanked me for my interest in their company and mentioned that they would have a salesman being in touch soon. Message number two came a day or two later. It asked if I'd been contacted yet by a salesman. I replied not yet. That's the last time I heard from them.
