Second car I've purchased at Sioux Falls Ford. Great experience on both occasions.

Dealer got back quickly but didn’t answer my question until I called. When I asked about the truck they quoted more then what they initially said.

When I called to verify where it was it was at the main store according to Mary. Drove up to find out it was at the other store on the other side of Sioux Falls. Wasted enough time on them

I haven’t bought the car yet. I live outta state. I’m going to pick it up in the weekend. The dealer gave me every information to contact them at any time: the address, the point of contact and the phone number. I’m ready and good to go.

I had an appointment for 2 when I arrived, they told me that there was no car, I had to wait 20 minutes, I waited an hour for the car, and they didn’t bring it. After that I went home. Very poor service DO NOT RECOMMEND

They didn't even have the car that I inquired, I asked them 4 times before I actually got to the place. They told me they have it for sure.but, once I got there, as expected, it was a lie. Please don't be fooled by this seller

The car was advertised for 28,627. But when I got to the dealer and waited for a few hours, the price was almost 35,000 after a 4,000 rebate. They claim the internet price was for college grads.

Need to learn about customer service and not just selling cars. The car was missing a gas cap and they wanted me to pay for it. I felt like I was at a used car dealership where they don’t care about anything yet getting you out the door on to the next customer.

Said my payments would be around 500 and that I should just go with something else..then trade that in after 13 months.

On site experience was short but they seem a lil short of staff because a customer came to me , asking is I worked there . Overall I would suggest to a customer.

Dealer misrepresented condition of vehicle by knowingly not reporting rust. Dealer was asked over phone to verify no rust on vehicle coming from Hawaii. Vehicle stated vehicle was "clean" and we drove the 30 miles only to find the under carriage was rusted. I would not recommend this dealership.

Just wasting time at this dealer. They added too much fees. They advertised $16,300.00 Hyundai Elantra SE model 2021 and end up $25,400.00 out the door cash??? I think this dealer is not honest to do business with them. I’ll never go there even I live only 3 miles away in the city of Anaheim.

Very transparent with the customers and the sales was ready for us when we got there. Bought the 2021 Elantra with zero stress. Sales and Finance did everything possible for smooth transaction and satisfaction. My next Hyundai/Genesis will definitely be with Cardinale Way!!

I absolutely loved the total experience with this dealership. I was kinda dreading going into a dealership and feeling pressured, it was definitely the total opposite going into cardinale way in Corona. I never felt pressured once during my visit. The sales associate that helped me was Sarah and she was awesome. Can’t recommend this place enough. My wife and I love our new sonata. Thank you Cardinale way sales team and finance department.
