I drove 1.5 hours to view a Jeep They had on hold for me to look at and test drive. I brought my Mechanic with me to go over the Jeep. Both the sales person and Sales manager were great to Work with. I purchased the Jeep. These are honest and helpful People. My first contact when I purchase another car will be the People I worked with at the dealership. I purchased the Jeep For a Grandson and have two more Coming of age.

Thought I was paying the sales prices, not extra for documents and ended up having to borrow money from family to Register the car thinking that I have paid for the sales tax so I felt a little cheated but did come down in price worked with me on that aspect so why is it beware I didn’t know lesson learned.

Great customer service. Car was not a good buy though, requiring significant work after purchasing that we were not aware of at time of purchase.

Super kind people however they did not have the vehicle I had inquired about upon arrival.

The wife, newborn and myself went and test drove. Although we didn’t purchase from them the service we received was one of the best experiences. I recommend them for their no pressure and ease of dealing with the sales department.

Started online with Tyler. After a couple of short days, I then went to Castle Buick, to meet Tito. Tito was approachable and very friendly, never pushed me into something I didn` want. Castle Buick worked with me every step of the way. I highly recommend them, and I am already looking forward to makeing another purchace from them.

They did get back to me, though it took a couple days. They informed me that the vehicle I was looking at was sold. That’s all they said. I guess I was expecting a little more. I thought they might quiz me on what type of vehicle I was looking for and maybe even give me a heads up if they brought a potential vehicle into stock.
