When I drive my car I feel like that I control the road and take on what is ahead. I feel safe because I know that my car will react and protect me. Weither its the multi air bags or just the way it handles the road with its quick stoping power and its handling. SLK is a class of Luxury and well known among MB owners. Enjoying the ride instead of just riding is a plus. I am sure when you purchase a MB you will be pleased.

I first saw this car and the first thing that came to my head was Batmobile. That's what it looks like to me in my opinion. I can go on and on and on about how awesome the brakes on this car are and how much fun it is to drive. It saddens me that Mercedes Benz replaced the 4 cylinder supercharged engine with a V6 now.

A friend's mother owns this car and on multiple occasions I drove the car to get it washed, vac'd out and gassed up. Sometimes My friend's father would tell me to "push it a bit" and I did just that. They owned the 04 SLK 230 Kompressor so it had that power you could feel surge through your foot. The twin piston brakes worked great to stop the car at high way speeds. I've only driven the automatic so I can't rate the manual version of the car buit from my experiance, the manual mode on the 5speed auto works pretty well and if timed right you could pull off a decent 0-60 time. The ride is very comfortable thanks to the leather bucket style seats and there's more head room than it looks when the top up. If you want to go on a road trip its better if you do it alone because space is limited to one bag of clothes in the trunk and less if you want the top down. Over all, it's a fun little car to buy the wife for a weekend car.
