Traded an initial email with the dealer, they did not make follow up based on my questions or requests with issues about the car.

I emailed the dealership and received a response asking if my email was the best way to contact me. It is, and told them as such. I got a follow up email stating a salesperson would like to contact me. I never heard from that salesperson. After about a week I had an email from the first contact hoping that xxxx had contacted me and that I was satisfied with how I was taken care of. Absolutely not. The lack of follow up on the part of the salesperson is insulting.

The car was heavily hail damaged. That should have been disclosed on the information about the car. Never listed information about the car in the description. That should have been disclosed upfront.

BUYER BEWARE: Spoke to dealer about scheduling a test drive on a 2016 BMW 340i xDrive. Would not let me test drive vehicle without qualifying for their financing. Told them I am not financing through the dealership. They responded they only do in-house financing. More than likely to give you a terrible rate so they can split the difference on what you actually qualify for and line their pockets with it. Bad experience just on a phone call. I would stay far away from this dealer.

Worst service I’ve ever had. I called them 3 times and spoke to 3 different people and asked if I could come done and look at the car and get a estimate on my car and they said yes. I drive 3 and a half hours to get there and 10 minutes later they tell me they can do anything. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone

The dealer o talked to seemed very nice on the phone. Told him we really wanted this van but live 2 hours away. He said he would contact me or my husband. We never got a phone call and I got an email saying it sold a week after I talked to him. Very very upset and not impressed with customer service doing that to somebody.

I was told to come in a hour away, no home delivery and they do not know how to pull up my prequalified loan offer from westlake. Anyhow they didn't seem to know what to do and i certainly don't if they don't

Contacted us rite away. Raised the price as soon as he found out our credit report. Explained to him that credit was frozen due to identity theft. Our credit rating was a 803 for years, and to just stop taking care of the good credit would be insane. It's been stolen and messed up big time out of our hands. Have certified proof from all three buros.

well, i love the car, but after waiting for over 1 month for the title work and registration to be sent by dealer i am not to recommend these guys, never answer any messages, and do not return calls, also a side note, after the sale i have been ignored, but i love the car

price listed is not accurate dealer wants to charge hidden fees of $1500+ A document fee to "prepare" for purchase . I am not referring to the standard tax title and dmv fees . dealer only made me aware of these fees after they ran my credit . this is very upsetting!!

I had a great experience with Honda Universe. The internet department answered all my questions and I came in and looked at the car. It was a smooth process. I plan on coming back this Saturday to buy.

They tried to add a $5000.00 extended warranty that they claim the vehicle is already inrolled in and we will have to pay for no exceptions, this should be included in the listing

I accidentally called them. They kept calling to try selling me even though I'd explained I'd just bought a car!

They contacted me very quickly, so I made an appointment with them on the next day. When I got there, I made a phone call to inform the salesman who contacted me that I'm already there. But he did not come out and let us stayed in the waiting area for a long time. Then, we told them that we went out to walk around the parking lot when waiting for them ready to serve us. The awful thing was they let us wait in the parking lot half of an hour, but no one came to serve us. A waste of time!

Everyone was helpful. No pressure sales.
