The car was heavily hail damaged. That should have been disclosed on the information about the car. Never listed information about the car in the description. That should have been disclosed upfront.

they lied to me, stating the car was in there lot waiting for me, when I got there they said it was sold, and showed me several other cars that I was not interested in. I wasted my time and half my day

They tried to add a $5000.00 extended warranty that they claim the vehicle is already inrolled in and we will have to pay for no exceptions, this should be included in the listing

I accidentally called them. They kept calling to try selling me even though I'd explained I'd just bought a car!

I bought 2009 GTR with 9000 miles for 56000 dollars from these guys in 2019 . This year they are selling 2009 GTR with more miles on it for 59000 dollars and they want me to put down 6 grand down , this is crazy. No value of returning customers.

Mike was great. Was a little skeptical at first but realized Mike was truthful about his vehicles. Happy with the financing he got for us and of course the truck also. Finally bought a 2018 GMC crew cab truck. But was difficult to make up my mind between 2 trucks. Thanks Mike for all your patience in dealing with us.

The dealer o talked to seemed very nice on the phone. Told him we really wanted this van but live 2 hours away. He said he would contact me or my husband. We never got a phone call and I got an email saying it sold a week after I talked to him. Very very upset and not impressed with customer service doing that to somebody.

I was told to come in a hour away, no home delivery and they do not know how to pull up my prequalified loan offer from westlake. Anyhow they didn't seem to know what to do and i certainly don't if they don't

Right Honda worked hard to make a deal within our budget. Anthony was instrumental in helping us find a vehicle that we loved, so much so we referred him to another family member looking to purchase a vehicle.

Truck was great and the sales guy was great vehicle was nice and clean, but this company tried to sucker you in with a low price then add 5000 worth of BS fees not including tax and tags.

They were busy, but I found a salesman who took time with me and helped me find the right car at the top right price.

Blaiz was really nice but before I spoke to her I was told that the automobile I wanted was gone which was not the cae, I really do not wish to come back to WORLD Toyota, I was brushed off by Carlos Paguada he told me this vehicle wasn't available and he had another one I still don't have the paperwork he was gonna send to me by email and the Guy Eric Guneysu wasn't very helpful either. Comparing to other dealership i visited they were way better. Very nice and professional. Price wasn't bad.

Horrible experience, guy who claimed to be a manager didn't let me even see the vehicle before he started listing all the fees and right after the list price he adds a over $5,000.00 fee for what he said was the cost of owning a maserati and then added state taxes and other fees. Little did he know I already bought several Maserati's before and have never hear of such a fee. Its a shame someone would try to scam people like this.

Didn’t buy but when I went and spent 2 hours they didn’t seem to know what car I was looking for. Seems like lot has a lot of cars missing parts including one with a windshield. My guess is they buy mostly auction cars that need work.
