This was an excellent car. It was sporty, roomy, and handled extremely well. The engine provided great gas mileage, but less than desirable power. Looking for something that can tow a heavier load. Will be looking to upgrade to the V6 and tow package.

Reviewed a 2011 GMC SLT1 on Apr 27, 2011
The four cylinder engine gets great gas mileage and performs well with the six speed transmission. There are times that the acceleration lags a bit creating a bit of a surge feeling, but it does not happen much. I must say that the Terrain virtually eliminates road noise and has a very comfortable cabin. My only complaint is the front pillars for the windshield are thick and sometimes impair my vision.
