Terrible, I told them I was interested in the car and I got there it was in the shop no problem I came back but the night before I asked if it was available and if it was fixed they said yes so I said I’ll be there tomorrow I came there they had no idea where the car was, two years ago this was a good spot to get cars now it’s complete crap

Great people to deal with

No way of getting a test drive when there are many vehicles blocking in the vehicle you might be interested in. It is mind boggling that you could even expect to do business that way! On top of that, the car I was interested in had a very loud engine on start up, and obviously needed some work.

Quick replies to my emails and texts were appreciated but when I offered to overnight a check to them to hold the car while I made the 12 hour trip to see it I stopped receiving replies from them. I get it; they'd rather deal with someone local (the car sold just a couple days later) but a simple text stating they had a local buyer would've been better than just ghosting me.

While they did not directly answer my question asked about wheel size, they did email me a detailed description about the vehicle where there I found the answer to my question. That was frustrating but I appreciated the extra information. Took about a day for an email response (not too bad). I did not visit this lot nor see the car, so I can't include that in this review.

James wasn’t pushy like most salesmen. Great family oriented guy. Worked with us to get us into the truck we wanted. Highly recommend speaking and dealing with him.

Andrew was super awesome and helpful. This vehicle wasn't right for us but he is going to keep working on finding something that could fit our needs. He was informative without being pushy which is a great quality in a sales person. He was very personable.

I called this dealer this morning I regards to a Volvo XC60 he stayed it was available. I drove 40 mins to this dealer he then told me two people were looking at it. The vehicle was not there when I arrive. Save yourself time and stress do not go hereZ the cars have high milage and are old anyways.

Had no complaints with the dealership. Loved the suv I bought.

I went to look at this vehicle and it was nothing like it was described, it had rust, scratches, dents, it head to be jump started and you couldn't dare take it for a real test drive because they only put enough gas in it for you to drive a couple of miles but that all it took because it drove really bad, I offered $2000 less than the asking price because it will take $3000 to get the vehicle to the condition of the asking price.

The pictures are nothing like what the car actually looks like, they have to move several cars in order to get to anything and all cars require battery recharging to start. Completely misleading post. Don’t trust Your choice autos. The people don’t know anything about the vehicles and they’re purchased at auction. The Pontiac vibe posted? 3/4 flat tires, corroded terminals, bunch of paint chips and rust damage. Don’t tell you what condition it’s in when you call either.

Dealer responded fast and wanted my business. I never made it to actually check out the vehicle, since I did not need another by the time I was available.

Experience was great until the end. The salesman kept me updated daily while they were experiencing issues with the financing system. They couldn’t approve me because of my current auto loan. I told him I would get other financing or just pay cash. I called him back an hour later after getting financed elsewhere and they had sold the car.
