New Toyota Sienna for Sale near Hartford, CT
The 2025 Toyota Sienna is getting on in years but it has a standard hybrid powertrain and some practical features that make it a worthy contender in the minivan sector.
In addition to promising 35 to 36 mpg in combined driving, the 2025 Sienna distinguishes itself in several ways. First, it offers an available all-wheel-drive system for extra traction. Second, a Woodland Edition trim level provides half an inch of extra ground clearance for light off-roading capability. Third, while its maximum cargo capacity measurement falls short of rivals, you never need to remove the second-row seats to use it.
Verdict: Saving money on gas, making life simpler, and the option of AWD ruggedness are all good things in a minivan, and they make the Toyota Sienna worth considering if you’re also looking at cars such as the Chrysler Pacifica, Honda Odyssey, and Kia Carnival.

The Toyota Sienna has been highly regarded over the years for its reliability, spaciousness, and family-friendly features. Owners frequently praise its comfort, excellent fuel efficiency, and cargo space, making it an ideal choice for families. Many appreciate the hybrid models for their impressive gas mileage, with some reporting up to 45 mpg on long drives. However, there are common concerns regarding the lack of power compared to previous models, engine noise, and some interior materials that could feel cheap. Additionally, technology features have been criticized for not keeping pace with competitors, affecting some users' driving experience.

What people say
The hybrid system is excellent, it is rated for 36 mpg, however purchasing the new Sienna from Apex, North Carolina and driving it back to NY, it averaged 45 mpg for more than 500 miles, of course under mild driving.
The vehicle has some nice features but the technology is not keeping up with other automakers. According to some reviews, the line has some issues that the automaker does not take seriously and passes them off as (normal). Specifically the problem with starting the vehicle and braking quirks.
This will be my third Sienna XLE. Love it.
Awesome ride, comfort and great mpg. Good looking too. However, backup camera resolution can be improved. Spare tire should come as standard in a minivan.
2023 Sienna XLE 7 passenger AWD My Grandchildrens Favorite! It has lots of room..they can slide the seats back and have living room comfort. They like the rear USB charging ports, rear AC/heat controls, and they can always fit friends back there with them, and their gear. I like it because its comfortable, safe, and gets 35 miles per gallon. The All Wheel Drive is best..most of those available are Front wheel drive. In recent snowstorms, I saw many other vehicles slid off the road, but I never spun a wheel with the AWD. Fantastic resale value, if I ever want to sell it, such as if my needs change. The hybrid is quiet, smooth, and, actually has more horsepower than the older Sienna V6, because the battery assists with extra power when in sport mode. Now, for what I dont like: Irritating Apple car play, when you plug the maps in, you have to wait, and wait, for the directions to appear. Too slow. Apparently, there is no way to upgrade to Toyota Safety Sense 3.0, which apparenly solves that problem. Its unclear why Toyota cant/wont allow the software upgrade to make the Apple Car play faster and not frustrating. The back part of the van is difficult to enter, especially for large adults with knee problems. Young adults, under 200 pounds wont have a problem. We carry a step stool so my wife can enter the rear of the van when desired. I do agree, the 3rd seat, when folded down, kind of bounces, unless you set something on it like groceries, suitcases, cargo mat, etc, but that has never caused us any problem. While I have read of unable to start problems because the battery ran down mostly due to defective foot activated door sensors in the 2022 model, I have not had the problem in the 2023 Sienna. For that reason, I recommend avoiding the 2022 Sienna, and go with 2023. I have no desire to go out to my van, and then not be able to start it because the battery is dead, and for that to happen multiple times. I have never had a dead battery in my 2023. It works great every time, except for the issues I mentioned, above. Lastly, my Sienna came with only one key, this is as convient as a broken leg, and they take forever to get me the promised new key...which has never arrived.
