Dealer would reply and say someone was going to contact me but they didn’t. All I wanted to know is did the vehicle I was looking at have navigation. Never got an answer.

The dealer had the truck I wanted, and for the price that I was looking for.

Was promtly emailed from the Internet Sales Manager with more information on the vehicle, as well as pricing options available. Love my "new" car!

Wendell was quick to respond to my questions and provided all the information I needed. Also followed up with me as afterward to see if I needed any addition info. Good experience.

Dealer accused me of lying about the price I was getting from other dealers! When I responded to the sales manager about my experience, I got know response! I told them that they were $4000 dollars higher than the other price I had gotten, there response was “ do yo have that in writing and if so why haven’t you bought it yet!”

They contacted me after I looked at their web site, I did not contact them, but their email was courteous.

They responded immediately and gave additional pictures of the jeep however initially Is advertised as a manual transmission Which I am looking for. But with pictures of the interior it turns out it is an automatic! Not good for me! I would have bought this one! Oh well I'll keep looking. Thank you!
