Horrible, i was told the vehicel was in the shop getting an oil change, then it couldnt be found, Mind u i was already on my way. When it was all said and done the vehicel seen here is the one i was interested in, when the sales person sent me a picture of the vehicle it was a totally different year, color and not even close to this one. Very misleading.

The staff was friendly and great for the most part. I was already pre-approved with the bank with apr/payments that the dealership ignored trying to get me a higher apr/payments. I took deal from bank, but 2 days later dealership called me with a better apr/payment. I would go back to them for my next car.

Dealership not willing to negotiate and internet sales representative slow to respond with quotes . I would not recommend dealing with internet sales. Called and spoke with 2 different sales managers both say different things. Was dissatisfied with this dealership.

This car is not available. They are just posting the cars that are not available to invite customers to sell cars with high price. Representatives are not wearing face masks and not following social guidelines.

I called that morning to see if the truck was available. They set me up with a sales rep, and I made an appointment for a test drive. The dealership is 2 1/2 to 3 hours from my house. On my way to the dealership, the truck was sold before I got to see it. They were very nice and understood I didn't wan to go down there to see other trucks since I had a list of trucks closer to home.

It was a great experience overall!! Unfortunately, the truck left us stranded at our first stop (restaurant) upon purchase due to a bad battery. Finalized the deal late Saturday afternoon but couldn’t get the battery replaced until Monday morning. The battery was covered under the warranty. There are other concerns but the dealer is taking care of everything.
