I ended up buying a newer model, same color my car buying experience with Rodland Toyota was Red Carpet experience the whole process was fast and the company employees did their jobs well. I would definitely refer them to my friends and family.

They were really awesome! Very knowledgeable about the car and when it came time for financing, they did everything they could to give me the best price possible.

When I called to make an appointment I was told that person was not working that day. So I had to schedule the next day. Then after confirming my appointment that morning I received a call and was told the truck sold the day before. Last time I wait a day for someone not available the day before.

We were treated very well by Samantha at Doxon. I would absolutely see her again for another vehicle should the need arise. We have a special needs son and she was just as concerned about his happiness as she was ours and that’s something that you just don’t find much anymore. Thanks Sam.

Decided to select another vehicle, but their communication and attitude are great! I would definitely use them in the future if I'm in the market for a Toyota!

Went to buy the vehicle with a locked in price. Arrived to some third rate - Sorry - it is three thousand more than the asking price. Cowboys - avoid with great distance.

I dont feel I was treated honestly,great credit score yet interest rate of someone with a 5 or 600, outlandish monthly payment,almost half down on a 30000 car and they want 447 a month?????????,the extended warranty must be really expensive?dont understand the numbers,they must really like this car on their lot ,its already been there 78 days,but they are trying to make back there covid losses by over charging,I understand the 3.8 star rating,it should be less,just not honest,

The sales person who reached out to me was pushy and not very nice. I literally had to tell him I am not interested in talking with him period.

Helpful dealership and not rude like some in the Seattle area. Didn’t get a car there because there wasn’t one that I wanted. Lucas was the sales associate that helped me and I enjoyed his service.

Andrea contacted us promptly and did a great job representing our buying needs during the purchasing process. Everyone at the dealership was very professional/courteous. Car had been detailed and was ready for the test drive.

The dealer responded quickly but it was just before Christmas so we decided to wait until after Christmas. They notified us that the car had been sold so we never visited them.

We have not done a deal yet but They have replied and done everything I asked of them.

Michael's Toyota is the BEST Toyota dealership in the area. They are easy to deal with,quick to respond,and are honest about what you need and don't need. I like that they keep it real!

Dealer did everything to make the buying experience easy. They didn't have the exact model I wanted (very popular and Covid supply chain issues) but worked with me to find something I really liked instead. Another dealer just tried to push a color I didn't want on me. There's a reason Michael's Toyota of Bellevue is the #1 dealer in the NW.
