New Toyota C-HR for Sale in Atlanta, GA

Dealer’s website showed a vehicle with no images and after several requests and corresponding emails promising to send images/video never sent anything over a what is now a weeks time (Tom Moran). I missed a great 0% promotion. I feel like my time was wasted. Just be honest and tell people it’s not in yet or at least don’t keep promising to deliver something then never follow through.

Drove one hour to dealership. Said I was approved on the phone. When I got there, said I needed a co signer. Thats something I needed to know BEFORE I drove an hour to get there. SMH

Would not talk price over the phone. That's not buyer friendly.

Zero zero zero rating... Emailed, texted, and set up appointment to come get this vehicle, went through pre-qualification and within hours I received a text SAYING IT WAS sold out from under me.. BUYER BEWARE OF THIS DEALER!!!

This dealer was taking all necessary precautions to prevent the spread of airborne particulates. All staff was wearing masks and customers encouraged to as well. Very friendly sales associate, not too pushy on making a purchase. Easy to negotiate with since I knew what I was looking for.

Awful experience. Contacted two times asking to check the availability of the car, confirmed it is available, schedule the same-day appointment. Drove for 2 hours and was told there the car was sold 3 days ago!!! The car still shows available on their website. At the dealership, the person did not apologize and behaved very rudely. Do not recommend this dealership.

Curtis GammageC@autonation.com is the best sales person hands down. He greeted us at the door as well as had us water and new pens available. I was already pre-approved for Capital One which made the process smooth. He filled the car up with gas.He was very aggressive about getting me the deal through the finance manager. I was satisfied with my deal. I was also given two free oil changes by Matt the internet manager. He is a good person ask for him as well signed a happy customer

Blaiz was really nice but before I spoke to her I was told that the automobile I wanted was gone which was not the cae, I really do not wish to come back to WORLD Toyota, I was brushed off by Carlos Paguada he told me this vehicle wasn't available and he had another one I still don't have the paperwork he was gonna send to me by email and the Guy Eric Guneysu wasn't very helpful either. I was disappointed with this dealership. The person that contacted me handed me off to another car salesman. Then come to find out the vehicle wasn't even ready to be seen yet. When he brought it to me to look through it, the back of the vehicle was full of ant bait traps on the floor and the car salesman couldn't tell me why they were back there. The vehicle also had a foul odor coming from it. I will never bring my business back there.

I was able to negotiate what I believed was a good deal. The sales associate was helpful. His boss was very interested in making the deal as this was a new / 2019 Prius XLE left over from the prior year.
