I had saved this car as a favorite and watched price drop a couple of times. When I filled out a pre-qualify app and called White River, I spoke to Cory. He was super nice, friendly and while I was working, he ran my info, told me I was approved. Went up next day, signed paperwork and drove off with my vehicle. This place was great, fast and I'd definitely but from them again! Thanks Cory!

Emailed the dealer let them know when I would be there to look at a vehicle. Asked the salesman if I should put a deposit down to hold it until I arrived. Salesman told me it would be there will talk more when they reopen after Sunday. Then promptly sold the vehicle on me before I could get there. Will bring my business elsewhere.

Great Follow- Up by the Dealership.

Disappointing experience. The vehicle had been sold and we were not notified prior to a 3 hour trip to the dealer. We only found out because we called in the morning to ask a few questions. The trip would have been a waste of time had WE not called.

The dealer sales rep Ray contacted me and was extremely kind and helpful in directing me to my asks, and getting answers to my questions.

They responded to all my inquiries in a timely manner. Very professional.

Experience was negative once we sat down to talk numbers. Their trade in values online are inflated and then when you get in front of them they use other sites to lower your estimated offer.
