Horrible... matt responded to my inquiry... took all my information and then disappeared!! Called the dealership after 6 texts and emails and voicemails went unanswered. Waited 2 days called and was told they were so busy and someone would get right back to me. Well still waiting and got nothing but the runaround from this place. And I even saved the messages to back up my claim.. so if you dont want empty promises and wasted time. Stay away from matt and this dealership!!

Very good communications and quick delivery/handover. They missed only 2 points. 1. Did not deliver with a full tank of gas. 2. Right front and right rear tires were low pressure and alarming low pressure sensors.

Refused to deliver truck to me after I bought it. Had excuses why they could not sell to me. Don't believe them. Bought it as is. Would not turn over my truck. I paid in full. They took the money. Shook hands. Had receipt. Forced a check on me I did not want.

He helped with a trade in we had and worked on payments that were right for us. He had all the paper work drawn up before we got in there and within an hour, we were on our way. I spoke to a salesman and was told to fill out a credit application. I filled out a credit application and dealer never responded. I called three days later and it turned out they never even looked at my application. Then I was told someone would contact me the next day and never heard from anyone again.

Easy to speak to and handled my request Called me to tell me the vehicle I was interested had been sold. This impressed me because to many auto dealers bait and switch especially since I would have had to drive 30 miles So thank you for that

I went to test drive the car they didn't even give me a chance to start the paperwork I got an email the next day that it was sold to someone else I was very very disappointed

they were very helpfull but had to drive out to there dealership for inhouse viewing,didn't like that part at all

Surprise, another 1 star review for a scammy dealership! Like many others, they won't tell you how much anything actually costs until you waste all day driving in and finding out everything is a few thousand dollars more than advertised. Just read the other reviews, this is clearly their sketchy tactic.

Dealer promptly replied and scheduled me a test drive at my convenience. Sales was friendly and had no sales pressure. Still looking but will return.
