Bad experience called to set up a test drive and after work I went to look at the vehicle. When I arrived in my work clothes not looking like I could afford the Porsche to the sales team I guess. I was told it was too cold to test drive the vehicle. The roads were dry and it’s an all wheel drive vehicle. Complete waste of my time. I work in the car industry and at my dealership we would never judge a book by it’s cover and treat a customer with such disrespect.

Contacted dealer, made an appointment for a Saturday. Saturday morning comes along, and I get a call saying the car has been sold. So much for an appointment.

Fire customer service

I turned in a credit app 2 times and they called me at first, but they never called me back to say the car has since been sold, that I didn’t qualify, how I could qualify or anything. Just stopped calling me after I gave them my most personal info. I left multiple messages on 3 voicemails and nothing. Very unprofessional. I do not know if car had been sold or if I qualified or not but they have my ssn and husbands ssn and no contact.

So far so good.they seem alittle slow in facilitating sale and transfer. The deal is abit complicated in that I want to take possession of dthe vehicle and make thetrade in Omaha instead of Wichita, but I'm sure that we can come up with a better solution.

To be short, the best buying experience of my life. Porsche of Walnut Creek is without a doubt, the best dealership I have ever been to. Mike Pardini is a class act and is full of knowledge, no pressure.....and can I say this, an honest, stand up guy. The car was exactly how he described it! The sales person was very responsive and forthcoming with information about the vehicle - obviously an experienced professional. This is how other dealerships and sales people should respond. I'm still considering the vehicle, so I can't comment on the entire experience.

Great experience buying our first Porsche here. Ended up going new after surveying a number of options with our sales person, Patrick.

Salesman was friendly and the test drive was nice. When it came time to do the deal I was told that they will not work with outside financing. Came in with a pre approval from my bank at 2.99% but they kept trying to get me to use their lenders at a rate in the mid to high 6% range. Substantial down payment as well. Almost felt like since I was from out of state they didn't really want to sell me the vehicle. Have never seen anything like this before. Oh well.

In the past year I've traded in two Porsches and purchased three from Porsche SouthPoint. I've dealt with Ian and Edwin in Sales, and both have gone out of their way to do things right, every time. The Service department is really excellent. Specifically, with a purchase of a CPO GT3 RS, the attention to detail and diligence on fixing even the tiniest flaws with this (used) car has been exemplary. A Taycan Turbo purchase was also flawless.

Offered to pay price ask. It was 5pm and I agree to drive in from 2 hours away the next morning to buy the car. Other buyers came through soon after and they sold to them. They wouldn’t wait until noon the next day to close the deal with me. I did offer a refundable deposit pending a PPI I had set up the next morning. I would have bought the car and the deal would have been done my lunch. So no good review from me.

It was a great experience. But bought a 2018 panamara not need the newsletter anymore. Thanks.

Top shelf experience, second time buying there , from reception gal to sales and finance everyone was excellent. When I showed for the test drive, car was up front running and all warmed up on a frigid morning . Highly recommend this dealership and Jim Horgos.

Great response...requested info 9 at night and was expecting a response until the next day but got reply at 11pm night. Lots of back on forth in email answering all my many questions. I have been trying to connect with someone since feb 1. I get sporadic emails or text messages with short questions from someone, i think his name is Rob....who doesn't respond back after I reply either. Just felt that i was taken for a ride for 2 days by 3 of your sales people.
