They didn't finish the deal to my satisfaction nice Ppl though ! I paid for the car I liked when it came time to pick the car up. They told me it didn't pass inspection and needed a catalytic converter.That I needed to pay $1300 more dollars.This was after I paid in full for the car I told then I wanted my money back this is not good business in my opinion.

The vehicle they advertised did not have the options listed. There were indicators of a prior crash with body work being done to the front end despite the car be advertised as accident free. I was contacted no less then 6 times after I told them to NOT call me, the 4th caller was the "manager", calls didn't stop until I threatened to post on social media. We made our purchase at another dealer and received white glove treatment.

FAKE FAKE FAKE!!!! Advertising!!! Be very careful they will suck you in to sell you the cars they want to sell just to make there quoter!!! And I only gave them one star because I had to, to be able to post me review they deserve no stars! The car was not at all what it was advertise to be it didn’t have any of the features the dealer advertising it with! I drove 1hr 20mins to come and find out the car was nothing of what was posted except for the color.

Working with Roni and Christina to find a new Pathfinder and trade in my Maxima was so fast and easy. They gave me a great price on my trade in and helped me find the perfect certified pre owned Pathfinder. They worked with me as much as possible over the phone so I was only in the dealership for a little over an hour and half to purchase my new car. They were so helpful!

Advertised $24,655 on CarGurus which I confirmed with them on the phone. I drove from Delaware to see the car. At the dealership the salesman added 999 preparation fee which I agreed to and then came back after taking my social security and other information saying that the car is actually worth 26,655 plus the prep fee. They also forced selling extended warranty to me on the car. Worst of all, the salesman was rude and extremely unprofessional. Biggest scammers, avoid at all costs!

The give one price on here and then add 5,000 more to the sticker at the dealer. They pulled the car out with dents and scraps all over it horrible bid never buy a car from here I left without even telling them

The Car-gurus price they listed was Not the price. They added $4500 to “recondition” the car. Took them 3 hours to get the paperwork done. I did not see until the next day that two tires need to be replaced, bald tires wouldn’t pass inspection. Not sure how they could ever miss that while reconditioning a car with only 31k miles??? I felt very slimy with the entire experience.

Internet customer service was good at first so after taking about an hour drive on labor day out of the 3 employees I saw there nobody greeted me or offered to assist me so after about 15 minutes of looking at cars we left. Then I received a follow up email from Steven Wayne which I explained my recent visit and got a pacifying response basically saying I should have asked for help and not to take it personal. Thanks but no thanks I'll take me and my money elsewhere.

Contacted them about a car and received a call to come test drive, scheduled a time after work to drop by. They called me back a few minutes later to let me know that the pricing that they have was put up incorrectly and is $4000 more than I expected. I asked if there was anything they could do to the pricing since it was quoted at this price online and she told me there no way they could bring it down. How disappointing.

Car in their ad is a different color. Staff is underinformed and sales manager is unwilling to negotiate by phone or email considering we are in the middle of a pandemic and this state is on my state's quarantine list.

Worst experience of my life. Nate and switch with the tailor made food guy bad guy where the salesman has to run to the back to ask the manager and then comes back and all of a sudden the price is 5000 more. Never again!
