New Mazda CX-30 for Sale in Indio, CA

Excellent service, got me in and out with a new car.

Didn't let me know before hand that the car was sold even though through out the week we've talking about the vehicle even test drove it and set up an appointment, two different people texted about setting up appointments for this car and never told me that it was sold. Didn't get to see the people that I set up an appointments with.

The salesman was helpful, nice guy , the vehicle however had issues broken front grill ornament, scratches, tailgate not align properly, front bumper also not align properly Salesman said he would have the vehicle ready when I arrived, when I arrived He didn’t know which vehicle I was interested in & the vehicle didn’t start He had to use 2 different battery jumpers to get the SUV running, Vehicle was way over priced

Classic “bait and switch” dealer. One price on the internet and suddenly it’s 5k more when you get there. Don’t waste your time!

So I went to look at the 2017 Sentra and a 2017 Versa . The Sentra had sold so I test drove the Nissan. The asking price was 9200 which I gladly would have paid cash , however when all was written on paper The great deal they worked out for me was 20, 250 The sales manager was way off on this one !! So No Sale ... I would skip Spreen Mazda !!

Went in, had a pleasant test drive. Spoke with a manager. Let him know I still had more shopping to do and he was very pleasant. I got a polite follow up email and call. Very helpful.

Friendly, responsive but not very open to negotiation, No discount at all unless I got an out the door quote from another dealer, I got another quote for $1500 off at another dealer, so I bought That car!

Worst dealer ever dealt with. There floor manager had a the worst attitude when I expressed my concerns about the cars 5 year old original battery. Will not be recommending this dealership to anyone.

Mr. Gabino contacted me and was polite and initially was very responsive. Once I put in an offer, he did not respond until I followed up on my offer request. I know my offer was ballpark, as another dealer offered a gray gtr for price I offered. However, I wanted the non premium blue that Gambino stocked, but could not come to terms.
