The internet sales team was really great all though I wasn't able to make my deal.

The dealer was very respectful, and did try to help me out. I just had things change due to very bad weather.

I was told 1500 down was enough than they ask for 2000

The dealer was great. Unfortunately, I was out of town on business and not able to follow through on my end.

Unfortunately the Jeep had a contract on it when we called the dealership. That was unknown to the salesperson. Overall friendly dealer and honest salesman.

The price on a third party site was over $2500 more then the dealer site. Funny because when I offered an "out the door" price, they countered with $104 over my offer and they provided a flyer from their site that listed the car at about $2500 less then the third party site. I didn't buy this car because of the mileage and color of the car. They still follow up with me which I do not mind because I am still looking for a particular kind of car.

We purchased this vehicle. A bit of confusion when we first arrived.(I hadn'tchecked my texts to realize we had been assigned someone)..but salespersons & finance person were very helpful!! Would certainly visit them again!!

They responded quickly, but initial pricing on CarGurus was way off. Instead of telling me this right away in one of the 2-3 emails they sent, they had to have a different guy bug me on the phone just to let me know their price was wrong.

They called and sent other info. I told them we decided to wait and they kindly thanked us.
