New Lincoln Nautilus for Sale in Stamford, CT

Bait and switch experience.... The ad in car gurus.com was priced $6k too low...it turned out, the truck had been up-fit with an overpriced 8’ straight Fischer plow and they would not sell it for less than $6k above the advertised price.

Excellent customer service! We were buying from out of state and the dealership was very knowledgeable about the process and communicated the requirements clearly. The listing provided was accurate and we were very pleased with the car. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, helpful and hospitable to us and our 3 kids. Overall it was a great buying experience!

This is a no pressure dealership. You see what you want & they will make it happen. Barry is Great! Kept me well informed every step of the way. They dont make you feel like you dont have to buy something. The president that works there just sweetens the deal. This is 1 of the best lincoln dealerships I have ever delt with.

Dealership was extremely professional & helpful but in no way pushy. I was looking for a car w/ heated seats and they offered to install them at no charge. The only reason I didn't buy from them was I found an out of state vehicle that had rebates I couldn't turn down & NY couldn't offer. When contacted again by the Stamford sales person I informed him of my purchase and he responded thanks for sticking with the ford family and hopefully we can do business in the future.

Went to dealership but was informed that Vehicle from the day prior was not on the lot. Opted for another vehicle but did not even get an counter offer to what I was willing to pay for a vehicle that was damaged and needed considerable repair. Door out of perfect alignment. No one in the dealership was willing to discuss anything. Wasted a good 4 hours in trip to and fro and 2 plus hours at the dealership.
