Poor. In my case the car had body and paint damage all over. You could tell they tried to dent pull and respray some parts of the car. When asking about it the salesman I spoke with claimed he sees nothing wrong. I felt as if I was a bother when I showed up for a test drive and too look at the car. May be that specific day or just bad salesman, but I did not have a good experience.

I definitely would recommend anyone to go to el cajon lexus. Eva was amazing. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Not your typical pushy salesperson

Dealer responded promptly and was very helpful.

Attempted to communicate via email, dealership replied, I replied, they never replied, instead sent a new email. This occurred several times, they would never reply to my email, they'd just send me a new email. Finally gave up trying to purchase a car from them.

Was contact by the dealer internet division. We set an appointment and went in purchasing the car. It was a smooth and efficient transaction.
