the salesperson i spoke with was great. however, after getting the start of the sale going i had my preapproval done i was just checking on the nada value, i set up shipping and my insurance and the dealer allowed a different salesperson to sell the vehicle in the middle of our deal.

Consistently calling me very harassing calls calling me early very early in the morning which is kind of agitating.

Did a good job of contacting me.

Was looking for specific car they recieved and told me they may send it to auction. Never even got back to me on it because sounds like they only want to sell brand new vehicles and I wasnt worth the time. Maybe not enough profit margin for them.....

Scheduled a test drive of the car only to be told by the salesman that the car was sold. I totally understand that when there is a sale you take it. What surprised me was that the next day the car reappeared on CarGurus at a new dealer and higher price. Apparently they wholesaled it just before I had an opportunity to check it out

The sale rep stated he’d send an email with more information about the vehicle but never did.

Dealer was quick to respond and follow up with me. I wasn’t able to respond back quickly and vehicle was sold. I had requested email contact only, but received multiple phone calls. I did not appreciate that. Dealer did attempt to assist finding another vehicle option, but I declined.

Never persued any further, but they did quickly reply

They were very open to answering any questions and provided me with info about the car that I may not have seen on the site. They also kept in contact with me in case I had any other inquiries.

Contacted me back fairly quickly. Did not listen well to what I was looking for (pretty specific on make, model, trim, mileage, and price).
