Days later I received a call from a woman who said she'd have a salesperson call me. Then I never received the call from any salesperson. I also went to this dealership in person to look at a different vehicle. I sat in a chair for about 30 minutes, just waiting for a salesperson to speak with me and let me test drive the truck. Ultimately, we didn't agree on price, which is fine. They do they usual ping pong game where the salesman runs back and forth to his "manager" to get things approved. Then when you get up to leave they have another "manager" circling the lobby, just waiting for that situation to arise. He runs over and basically reiterates everything in an attempt to keep you there longer. It's annoying. The excessive waiting and the stall tactics make this place feel cheap. This is basically the experience that makes people dread buying vehicles, when it should be a happy time."
