They answered my query promptly,but were knowledgeable about the truck, took photos I asked for and texted them to me. They held the truck til I could get there to see it. The vehicle was perfectly detailed and full of gas. Purchase was smooth and problem free. I can't say enough good things about the rep I worked with. Go see them, tell Zac that Bobbye sent you!

Was in the middle of a phone/online purchase, credit had been run, had pre-approvals, vehicle was sold out from under me. Sales manager wasn't concerned, no policy in place to "hold" a vehicle for e commerce. Very disappointed.

Not a pleasant experience. After 6 contacts and 2 days of back & forth, I got an offer $1000's higher on a truck with fewer options than the 2 others from competing dealerships. The salesman questioned my intelligence and understanding of a potential purchase. I lost interest in their games.

We worked with Justin and Sam, both were highly professional and were efficient in getting the sale done. The car we bought admittedly sold itself, but it is nice when the salesmen were great too. When we go to buy another car we will definitely look into buying it from Voyles and especially from Justin or Sam.

My experience with this dealership was amazing. They were honest and gave me the greatest deal on a 2019 Jeep Wrangler S. The salesman, Jason was outstanding. I knew what I wanted and what I was willing to pay. Jason made that happen. I live about an hour and a half from the dealership. I was in and out of that dealership within one hour. I left there with a beautiful Jeep Wrangler. They didn’t pressure me or try any dealership tricks. I would highly recommended this dealership and Jason.

Quick to respond but didn't want to deal ,said I have too much negative equity ,said i would need 10k down , but that's what everyone said about my Chrysler 200 I had , now have a new jeep 4wd and only put 1k down , just have to find someone who wants to deal, but nice people.

By far the best experience I have ever had with a dealership. Jason let us do our own thing and wasn’t over our shoulder the whole time. When we decide what we wanted to do they made the process of trading my truck in quick and easy. The best part was they didn’t try to sneak any extra stuff in so it didn’t drive up the final price on my new jeep. I would recommend them to anyone.
