Asked them to price me the truck on Gurus and they sent a quote considerably higher than the Guru price. When I asked them why, they acted like they knew nothing about the Guru price. Asked me for information and I sent them a copy of the add posted in Guru. They never mentioned it again and wanted to give me another quote! No way, the old bait and switch game and I deal like that.

The gentleman I was communicating with was professional and informative. I had submitted a credit application for a particular truck and credit report was pulled instantly. I knew the truck I was interested in had several inquiries and 1 appointment to view as well. Just a little disappointed that I went thru the trouble of submitting a credit application in the morning and later in the afternoon found out truck had sold.

Showed up to purchase the truck and they said there was a “recall” on the truck and couldn’t sell it to me. I drove about an hour and a half away from where I live to purchase it and was very unsatisfied with the fact that they would email me asking me when I could show up to purchase the truck and I show up and they tell me that. Wasted my time and gas for that.

If I could give negative stars I would. Contacted before pictures were available. Told my situation and that I was willing to drive 5+ hours for a good deal. Next day AFTER running my credit, jacked the price up $4000. Reply was sorry out of my hands. Horrible customer service and complete greed!

A sales rep and sales manager responded by email but when I asked if the Car Guru price was accurate they would not respond. I am pretty sure sales manager's email was auto generated...same email twice.

Mike my salesman was great, very outgoing and personable. Was able to get a good deal on my trade and finance team got me a good loan with low interest rate. Mike even had the car delivered to my house due to the distance (1.5 hour drive) and we were able to do the entire deal over the phone. Would definitely recommend them.

Incredibly unprofessional had an appointment to test drive a vehicle. Confirmed with both Zach (sales manager) and Kevin (sales?). Vehicle sold and no one bothered to call or email me despite the fact I was coming down before work during the pandemic. Save time and money look elsewhere

I put a down payment so they’d hold a vehicle till I could fly in. They picked me up from airport and had paperwork ready when I arrived so all I had to do was sign. It was a very smooth and easy transaction.

Initial contacts via email went well. They responded to all of my questions and supplied all requested information. But it has been 48 hours since I have made an offer and have not received any type of response.

Made an agreement for me to drive 6 hours to buy this truck. Did the credit check, had the approval, the whole 9. Right before I was on the road they called and said it sold. Poor to me.
