3 times I asked for information about their fees never got it all I got was emails from a sales person wanting to speak with me I was interested in this vehicle but I'm not any more not a good way to do business if you can't get a simple question answered

Be careful of the listed price. We saw 33k but that was only if you financed through them. If you didn't, the price was 41K. Then even if you did the 33K, there's an 1800.00 reconditioning fee added on.

In fact was overwhelmed with the eagerness in assisting me to get the through various avenues to ensure I get the best services ever desired by a customer. We are still talking as I speak now.

All the 1 start reviews are true, if you don't have a problem of paying thousands above their asking price then this might work for you, otherwise expect for them to add about $3k+ to their advertised price. Made me drive over 1.5hr to find that out, refused to pay more, and walked out. They keep calling me trying to convince me to buy the cars with their added fees. 1 start is a compliment for this dealership.. Stay away!!

Nice car, sales person was so chill that he seemed disinterested. We drove the car but he did not provide any insight or info on the car. It was not a Chrysler product but no excuse.. know what you’re selling.

I spoke with someone and they wanted me to drive 600 miles for a test drive which isn't going to happen. As I'd done with my 5 other out-of-state car purchases, I requested and received a couple short videos of the car including starting and hearing it run, shifting through the gears, etc. Salesbeing indicated that she'd need to talk to her manager. Never heard back.

The specific car that I was looking for was sold. But Darren found me something similar but better than what I was originally looking for. The staff was so pleasant and quick to help. I’d recommend.

I didn't purchase the vehicle from the dealer, but they were quick with info on vehicle and were help with my questions.

They had a lot, but the sales rep wasn’t that interested. Like I was holding him up. And the convo was only 2 minutes.

After driving there over 90 miles this car wasn’t available. Though they said I writing it was. A car listed for 23,391 had ballooned to over 28,000 and with there finance it would cost in excess of 40,000. My trade in was cut in half though a blue book estimate was between 4K and 5k. The salesman was hard working and with even a 6,000 deposit and 3 test drives the deal could not be closed. Id rather finance privately and purchase new.

I went in person to see the scat pack shaker and the salesman was so incredibly rude and obnoxious I did not stay longer than 2 minutes. His first words were “let’s get this over with I want to go home.” It was the middle of the day on I believe a Saturday. The exact salesman is Amir. He is horrible.

Worst experience in Car Shopping I Had. Tried to tell Me Car Advertise was $45,000 on sticker I Double Checked Vin# and showed him was advertised for $14,000 less at this same dealership and As Soon as I Made a Resonable Offer was Told That was Price and That was It from Sales Manager as He says They Price aggressively. So I walked Out to Take Business elsewhere

Pricing on the vehicle vs what the actual price was, was the issue. There was a gap of almost $5k.

I would not do business with this dealership. The car was fairly priced but when I arrived and sat down to make the purchase it was all smoke and mirrors. The fine print says your “deposit” of $1995 is ABOVE the price listed. Then there is the $695 dealer charge and a $2000 car prep charge raising the actual cost of the car almost $5000. No thank you!
