Ineos borrowed BMW powertrains for the Grenadier, and the standard engine in the US is a turbocharged 3.0-liter inline-six making 292 horsepower and 332 pound-feet of torque. Interior

Since the SUV runs BMW powertrains, its infotainment system comes directly from Bavaria, which means a rotary controller for the display and BMW iDrive functions. SiriusXM, Bluetooth, and several USB ports also come standard, and Ineos equips a switch panel that can be wired for auxiliary lights and other features.
