The dealer we had been talking to in the Puyallup area tried to scared us out of coming, but everything went well and the price was 3k less than our local dealer and the tax savings were around 400. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Creativity captured my attention. Many dealers offer similar models, I will work with someone who has a good deal and works with me. Appreciate emailing because the response is quick and my time is respected.

Listed several vehicles (2020 Hyundai, Elantra's) at a specific price ($11,495) but when I called they put somebody on the phone who was their scape goat and spoke broken english and said the vehicles are not available at that price even though they're still listed for sale on CarGurus. Bait and switch, cars were not really that price to begin with. This is Car Pro's, an actual dealership.

Price fixing, I went in with the pricing provided on car gurus and all the pricing was 3-5k more than and they would not honor it and that was for new cars

I have called, texted, emailed, and used the live chat on their website, and I have had no response from the dealership. Five different employees have told me five different and conflicting things about the vehicle and no one seems to know if it's available or not. It's been a lot of "Hey, I'll get back to you later with the information", and I get no response from anyone for hours or days.

Do you know how you go to a car dealership and you figure you're going to be sitting for hours I went in deal with one person he was excellent I was only there for about two hours and drove off in my new car

Drove all the way out there to find out that the vehicle I was interested in was no longer being sold because of a airbag recall. They shouldn't have even posted it if they hadn't even checked it out or had it detailed yet. Waste of time.
