Drove 6 hrs to buy a suv got there drove the car made a offer and waited there 3 hrs to have them sell the car out from under me . Don’t go there they are understaffed unless you have 3 or 4 hrs to waste

Unhelpful and dishonest. They will not give any information about car and dealer fees and keep saying come into the dealership to find out more even if you are hours away. Very secretive and that says - dishonest.

Didnt even go to the dealership. I read too many horrible reviews about this business, why waste my time to be disappointed? One of the lenders contacted me beforehand as I requested info about a vehicle and the lender told me the vehicle was held in Indiana yet the site AND the lady I talked to, Cecilia Rivera, states that the vehicle was there in Gurnee, the old bait and switch. Don’t trust these horrible people.

Living 300 miles away isnt going to change their spiel about having to come in and "work with" one of their used car salesmen. Dealer and doc fees too high. Watch hidden fees and rust.

I had a wonderful experience, the customer services there is great. I had the chance to work kris paul whom is an awesome sales guy. He knew exactly what I was working for he was even able to negotiate a price on which we both agreed on. I Love my new car. I went home that day with my own car! Definitely rate this 5 stars we’ll deserved.

They was very good at explain how everything works. They let me know what I needed to bring with me some my car buying experience would go well the first time I came.

Hey , I can say good stuff for this guys . I come to get Mustang from them , they want to sell to me , only stuff what I didn’t like is they contact 13 times lenders for money and I just say don’t contact more of 3, but they want to sell me car . Car has 2 issues what they told me they will fix and I return back couple days after that and they solve problem . From all of that I can say they know what they do and thank for business.

Set appt but when we got there they did not acknowledge the price. Left and sent email to dealership GM about deceptive practice. Got call back next day from GSM asking at what price we would buy. We told him the price they listed. He said come back in. We did and bought without any further problems. Too bad it took 2 trips.

Gurnee Hyundai refused to provide an email quote on a 2019 Santa Fe XL that include fees, cook county tax etc. Not worth my time if the upfront experience makes me uneasy from the get go. Online dealership reviews confirmed my feelings.

Sales rep has been pestering me with frequent internet messages but refuses to give full, out the door price in writing and/or over phone. Sketchy business to advertise a price on the internet but refuse to reveal final cost. Many other buyers have reported this dealers bait and switch tactics. This dealer is hiding something.

I asked for specific deal information several times over the course of several days before they finally said I had to come into the dealership for the information they said they were working on, so much for online bargaining.

They were great to work with. The car we were looking at was sold but they found another one that was comparable. We ended up buying out our lease and not needing a new car at this time.

Read dealer reviews but decided to see how it was for myself. I was disappointed with the service. A car that was listed on car gurus had the wrong mileage listed (car has 4500 more miles). Price for this older car was as much as a new car, and was non negotiable.They wanted to sell me a completely different car. I would not recommend using this dealership.

Unprofessional... want to ask for a price out the door while in their office the young man said I could not give you that. At that point we decided to leave and we're stopped in the parking lot the masked if we would complete an exit interview we were already in our car.

Was told to be there at 11am to buy the truck but it was sold the night before. I drove all the way from Wisconsin. I was not happy.

Listing accuracy. Did the listing accurately describe the conditions of the vehicle? No, the vehicle's power steering was broken, and the vehicle was not safe to drive. On-site experience. Was the car clean and ready for your test-drive? No, the vehicle had not been cleaned and could not be safely driven. I do not recommend this dealer.

Bait and switch. Advertised at $14,972, Once we drove it, the price was $22,000. Waste of time. The salesman was nice though, not his fault.

Called for test drive . went to dealer to look at.and was out with another person. Test drove and wrote a offer. They sold it to someone else while I was standing there. Was not happy
