We spoke to this dealer on the phone, I called after receiving an email and even though he was very nice, they don't want to work on numbers or deals over the phone. My husband made him an offer, said we are serious and would drive right in, but they said no. Not sure if it's because they want us to just come in or what. So that's the only reason for the 3 stars for now.

Salesman was great (Jarrel) dealership - not so good- car has a broken reflector light and some scratches- dealership totally wouldn’t address fixing- Cost them the sale, as we liked the car

It was a pleasant experience and the sales representative was very helpful.

I contacted the dealer to test drive the car, then i got a notification from cargurus that the car was sold. No follow up from dealer to say don not show up for the test drive because we sold the cars. I had multiple email communication and phone call about the appointment time then they sold the card.

Samsung not right with the front end when I went there they say it just needs some Grease and they are going to charge me for this how it could be while I have a warranty for the mechanic issue for one year

Dealer was amazing. Appreciated that they sat me down with the car facts before even looking at the car. Everyone was incredibly friendly and made the buying experience very easy. Love my new Honda and the service I was given. Will go back for my next Honda!

Quick response willing to be transparent

This dealer attaches a $200 fee if you do not use their in-house lenders. That policy makes me very uncomfortable, to the point I will not deal with them.

They added a service charge of 1500 to the price of the car but could not explain what was in the charge. This was not provided before me making the trip for a test drive
