Deceptive practices! Don't buy from Jay. Jay sold the car from under us while we were on the way up. When we walked into the dealership they said he was upstairs talking to a client when he was actually on a test drive in the car we were there to see. Thanks for the wasted two hour drive

Salesperson was great! Watch the fine print on the car listing because paint and interior protection are added to the cost on used cars which I didn't realize ($1500). We're new to Arizona and have always had the option to buy this or not. Pretty rough negotiating there also with low balling tactics.

My wife and I did not like Right Honda's sales process. We saw the vehicle online for what appeared to be a very good price but when I called on it we were advised that the price was really thousands of dollars more as added accessories were not included in the advertised price. This is not the way we want to do business.

Right Honda worked hard to make a deal within our budget. Anthony was instrumental in helping us find a vehicle that we loved, so much so we referred him to another family member looking to purchase a vehicle.

Truck was great and the sales guy was great vehicle was nice and clean, but this company tried to sucker you in with a low price then add 5000 worth of BS fees not including tax and tags.

It was the greatest experience, everything went so smoothly! They were quick about the whole process! Very impressed and extremely satisfied.

The dealership did contact me, but seemed more intent on having me come to the dealership from out of state than to answer my questions in a timely manner.

The price they show does not reflect the actual price of the vehicle. Showcase Honda adds +23% to the purchase price of the vehicle which blows our budget out the window. I called to 1st verify what fees they will add to the vehicle before I showed up and the manager said not to worry about the fees, I will take care of it. The vehicle we were looking at to purchase was a Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. Never again I will use or recommend this dealer.

Once I requested information about the 2008 Chrysler Crossfire Deshay Ramos, salesperson, has been top notch. Since I'm in NJ and they are in AZ, he sent live videos of the car and followed up with my questions and concerns I had. Additionally, he hasn't been pushy with getting me to buy the vehicle. Thanks.

The sales staff were wonderful and the dealership made an exception to their delivery radius rules and are delivering the car to my home this afternoon.

The internet sales person was helpful and we were generally pleased. The dealer had a lot of add-ons that raised the price by about 20% but we still got a fairly reasonable deal.

I wanted the out the door price. The had addition fees of 3500 tint, armor 1 & misc. I don't mind taxes and license but no add ons. The Salesman has excellent follow up. I advised him I wanted the same year same price, but no add ons. If he had something else similar he has not sent it to me. I an not going to drive to the dealership for no reason.

I test drove one car but they actually had three that I was interested in. After one test drive, five phone calls and four emails over 3 weeks they still have not given me a straight answer or provided an out the door price for any of the vehicles I was interested in. After alot of research I found out this dealer adds a bunch of bogus fees on top of the car price so you can't even trust the price they list the car for. Very frustrating to say the least.

Was a very good experience. Mike was very nice and finance manager Adam was extremely helpful and patient with us. It was our very first time buying at a dealership so we were unsure and a little nervous but it ended up being a great experience. Plus we went home with a great car. Highly recommend Right Honda ask for Mike and Adam.

Fiat 550C 2014 advertised for $7700 spoke to internet car salesman who told me and text me that the lowest price I could BUY the car for was $9800. He explained they only put the car on for a lower price to get enquires but you can never buy the car for the internet price. Check the car out on their website. Avoid this garage.

The car was as described. Sales personnel were thoughtful and courteous.

Right Honda’s pricing is very miss leading. They have options that are not included in their advertised price. This vehicle did not include multiple options that was going to add $3000- $4000 to the price and then add in tax, tags and doc fees. I purchased a car from a car vending machine.

Not quite ready to purchase until I have surgery, I don't know if I'll drive again at all. I appreciate your responses. You have stayed in contact with me throughout. I'm Very happy with the team this far.

tried to negotiate a price over the phone sales rep said offer sounds good come on in I drove 25 miles over only to be told no negotiating sales manger said as he walked by did not even take a minute to introduce himself would never go back or refer this dealership my 2 star rating is probably too high
