Claudette , our salesperson was simply delightful. She answered any questions and went to bat for us in negotiating.

We spoke on the phone was professional however I couldn't get to the dealership to test drive due to 3 hours away and van was purchased before I could plan to arrive.

The salesman provided a creepy video of himself asking me to call him. After some additional emails with the manager I was finally told that the dealership decided to send the car off to the auction. We never did get any other details about the actual listing that we were interested in. Just a creepy video of a salesman..

Just inquired about a particular car they had in stock, and they’ve been professional but not pushy in their follow up. So grateful for that!

I was in conversation about the car for 3 days before I could get to the dealer Saturday but when I contacted him Saturday for a test drive he told me it sold earlier in the week. It would have been more helpful if he had of told me that earlier instead of leading me to believe the car was available.

Didn’t purchase the car but the dealership was very helpful! Giving 4 stars because they wouldn’t let us leave after we said we weren’t interested, but I understand that’s the case with most dealerships.

I contacted Midlands Honda. At first they contacted me back quickly. Then they just stopped contacting me and was not responding. I kept coma ting them but all I did was get transferred to someone were the phone would continuously ring to the voicemail. I would leave a voicemail and email them still no response.

Chris Alston was a pleasure to work with. This is the second time I’ve dealt with him . Great staff and location.
