New Genesis G70 for Sale in San Antonio, TX

First time I inquired for the car they were asking 10,300 now they are asking 12,000 and is not the only car they did that. I will never do business in a place that they try to advantage of people.

They have been great! Keeping in touch with me till I'm ready to buy a car and sending me links to look at.I really appreciate their help.

Not a good overall experience. Dealer did not give fair market trade in value. Way over priced vehicle they were trying to sell. Didn’t even detail the vehicle at all. I had completed everything online and still spent most of the day at the dealership. Sales manager didn’t want to communicate with us at all. Recommend going to another dealer.

Spent all day working with George to get a maxima listed for 21000 only for him to add to the invoice an extra 1300 for “paint and fabric protection “ he said was already put on the vehicle and would be added to the price of the car! Sounds shady as hell .. I said no thank you! An entire day wasted

I would not use this dealer again. They are unwilling to negotiate at all. On their pricing, even for used cars. There are many other dealerships in San Antonio that will negotiate alllowing the buyer the best deal and not the seller

They didnt work with me at all , the manager Manual said they do in house financing but after running my credit he never got back to me . Finally after a couple of days , I called him & he figured I wont have money to put down for the in house program . I told him I have down payment required as told he told me he will call me back for proof of income 3 days later nothing !

I reached out to the dealer because the cars exterior paint color in the description was not the same color as in the pictures and I wanted to verify that. The rep responded with a personalized video of her in the car and included my name and she was very nice she followed up but I told her that I wasn’t interested in a blue car.

No good experience. K i asked about options for one part replacement in one of the cars for sales. He said right away they cant do it for free when i didnt even mentiones the free word. He losed the sale right away.

Even the finance department was amazing, they knew I needed to be at a certain montly payment so they didnt harrass me with add ons. I live in Stone Oak and this dealership was way on the other side of town, but I will come back to them because of how much they care about you getting what you want and not just selling a car. Thank you!

The car I was tracking was suddenly discounted and listed to within my price range. The day the price changed, I called and they said it sold 3-days prior, but they had other cars for me to look at. Duh. They are a dealership. I don’t believe the car was discounted. I believe they only discounted price after car was sold to attract more business.

Not satisfied. They never cleaned the car, wouldn’t reply to messages, wouldn’t help meet us on anything. All they kept saying is, we priced the car so low, that we don’t have to help. Wouldn’t allow me to sign for car at my bank and do the wire transfer (I live outta town). Sorry excuse for dealership. Definitely that USED CAR SALESMEN attitude. Won’t buy from there again. Buyer BEWARE.

Horrible service. I began to talk with the sales manager on the price and he hung up on me. Dealer refused to negotiate price on the used car. I would not recommend doing business with such an unprofessional dealership. Calls were rarely answered, and responses were slow at best.

I bought the Ioniq and financed at a low interest rate at the dealership. The car had a flat tire 15 miles out the door. Hyundai Roadside Assistance claimed I was ineligible for service. Sadly, I also signed the exit checklist prior to financing. It was not completed following purchase. As a result, I have no cargo cover and am negotiating for one to be provided.

Made the appointment showed up on time however the Jeep was not out front and ready as promised. The assigned sales person was busy so could not meet me. I was given another sales person on the fly but they knew nothing about the Jeep or our conversation. I decided to end the meeting.
