Love the Yukon XL. Buyers beware however, that the SLE version does not have an automatic rear lift gate (you have to open and close it manually, and no open/close button on the remote) and there is no garage door opener buttons on the vehicle. I had to go to Home Depot and buy an aftermarket one that fits on my sun visor for $35. But to save almost $10,000 vs the SLT model next in line, these are small inconveniences. Otherwise, it’s still a Yukon XL, tows 8,000 lbs, and the positive is the SLE version comes standard with the middle row bench seat, which our dog loves, and which seats 8 instead of only 7 when you get middle row seat captains chairs. Also, since the middle row folds down 60/40, your storage options increase. Finally the 28 gallon gas tank allows me to go over 500 miles between fill ups, which is another added bonus.
