Terrible terrible . All trucks listed were not o the lot. They said they had two in stock drive there they couldn’t find them. Then tried to sell me used truck more expensive than new ones listed . They suck and tried to blame everything on covid and the economy.

Loved my experience from start to finish. My salesperson Mark kept in contact with me via text until I could get there to look at the vehicle. And Adil my financing manager was awesome as well. We ended up working a great deal.

Horrible customer service!!! I had to demand to test drive the vehicle before filing out credit application.Told me anything to run my credit and didn't even call me to tell me i wasn't approved. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, LIES, NO INTEGRITY OR DISCLOSURE. Rude, condescending salesman who lacks execution!!!

Went to make a deal after we agreed upon price they want to add $2,000 on non buyer requested accessories. Long story short I walked away but be cautious of their supposed competitive pricing turns out not to be a fair deal once they add 2K for accessories.

Great dealer very friendly, good price for what I got. The one minor thing when they say "your car has been detailed", on a used car, it's more of a clean up than a detail, I did let them know. But I never heard back, other than that great experience.

Was very pleased with their customer service, didn’t get the runaround like at other dealerships. The prices were excellent when it came to the add ons I requested. Just an all around great experience!

With typical used car sales tactics, they never answered my questions, use run around tactics, tell me to come down for a test drive. No reason to do business with them since they fail to answer questions and try to misdirect me. Avoid them at all costs.

Agreed to a final price on Friday. Went back on Monday and they wanted to add extra Fees. I would not agree. Sales manager came in and was the rudest sales person I have ever dealt with. We walked out. Worst car experience I’ve ever had. I will never do business with Doggett!

Was told price online that I had seen for $39991 was no longer and that prices can fluctuate up and down. That's a "get you in the door price". This is after they let "someone" drive it for weekend while they tried to get them financed ‍‍‍

I haven’t bought the car yet, but I hopefully will today. The representative was very nice.

I was going to buy this truck.. spoke with salesman and finance manager. Told manager I would be there Saturday the 27 to pick truck up.. I called Wednesday the 24 to get fax number to send copy of check and was informed they had sold truck... I would not recommend this dealership to anyone!!!!!!

Amir was excellent. We just did not like the performance of the 6-cyl. engine of the Expedition. That is Fords mistake, not Helfman.

Spoke with someone over the phone and they immediately tried to bring me in for a test drive before I could ask any questions. Low balled me on trade in. Had a $2,000 warranty they would not remove. Manager seemed nice but didn’t seem willing to negotiate much. Bought a vehicle elsewhere.

HORRIBLE experience. Sales staff was absolutely horrible to deal with, worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with a car dealership. Gave me wrong information on the vehicle I was interested in and didn’t listen to a word I said. Just repeatedly asked when I would be in for a test drive.

Our sales agent Nathan was really great, but don't expect to get much for your trade, and they don't negotiate very much at all. If you're good with the price when you go in, then you are all good. Everything else went fine.

It took a few days for them to respond so I went to the dealership anyway. They could not locate the car I was interested in. The sales person I met was very nice very helpful.

Worst car buying experience I ever had. I kept getting different stories about the part needed for the truck, but worst of all was the finance manager, Manny. He was so so rude to me and my wife! Just RUDE!!! The sales manager was indifferent - just didn’t seem to care much.... and the general manager wouldn’t answer his phone or even call back..... horrible experience!!!!!

They listened to what we asked for and had the vehicle ready for us to test drive when we arrived. There was a minimal wait time and the salesman was easy to understand and very nice.

Leslie was helpful and accommodating. The car should have been customer ready for show though.

Highly recommend this dealer. The guys were all extremely professional. They worked with us over the phone so we could just show up ready to purchase the vehicle. Saved a ton of time.
