Spent 42k when it was all said and done, then got into the truck and the tank was empty. Had to ask for gas, and the dealership sprung out a whopping $20. And they still made it seem as though we were the lucky ones. Go figure, a feeling of entitlement there for sure.

Due to $1500 trade in credit they offered $5000 lower than Kelly blue book value for trade in. Although I made it clear I was buying the car, they continually spoke to my husband. I guess woman can’t make decisions on their own in 2020.

Only thing was, it stated the Car had one accident report but they had no info about it Thought that was weird

They do not like military or retired military families. The sales associate that contacted me refused to inform or even consider discussing the GM USAA and GM military rebate programs. The manager emailed me the next day, I told him what happened and of course he only made excuse after excuse for the way a retired combat disabled Veteran was treated.

It was a very seamless experience from the time I showed up until the time I took the car home they were able to work with to me to get me what I wanted.

Bad. They do not have the truck listed. As of today 1/20/20 it is still listed. i think they are using it as bait. They tried to sell me another model. i made it clear to them I did not what a different model. They stopped communication now.

Although I didn't buy a car from them, I will be using their service support. Great people to work with.

Answered every question I had during phone call. Very knowledgeable, about the vehicle. Was very polite, there was no added pressure to go in a test drive/ purchase truck.

Quick responses, professional, and friendly service. Unfortunately the car did not fit our needs, so we did not purchase a vehicle from here.

They were very nice, but sent pictures that made it hard to tell the color of the car. And I had to ask again for the color. They were hard sell, trying to create urgency that was a bit off putting, but these days you have to go after every bite. It’s a fine line. When I declined I was thanked for my interest which was nice.

The dealership personal was very professional. The vehicle did not have a factory sunroof so I ended up not buying the car. My only suggestion to the dealership is don’t present a dirty car to your customers. Immediate turnoff.

Car had some hidden problems . Car was not clean. Garbage under the seats. Salespeople was not very friendly . Didn't thank Me for My business !
