This car was sold but dealer emailed us and explained before we went. He found us a similar car for $500 more than CarGuru post. They worked with us, gave us good offer on trade and found additional rebate for us.

Haven't purchased yet but they responded quickly and we've been communicating by email and phone. They are 4 hours drive away so I hope to have a deal before committing to the drive to pick up the vehicle.

This was my first vehicle purchase by myself. I had been through the process a few times before. Not fun...BUT starting with cargurus first and finding what I wanted then going to the dealership made it super easy. I also worked with two very awesome gents at ford of Kirkland. Nima and Brian the finance guy they both were beyond knowledgeable and respectful. They listened and got me into my new SUV. A huge thank you to them both!!!

STAY AWAY from Kirkland Ford / Hyundai. Horrible fraudulent dealer. They listed the vehicle for 22k. I called and emailed to make sure we were clear on the price, and once they had confirmed the sale price I booked my flights to Seattle to pick up the car. After I booked my ticket they came back and said that they decided to raise the price an additional 4k. I repeat, STAY AWAY from Kirkland Ford / Hyundai.

Salesperson called me immediately. I asked him if the Civic had its timing belt replaced. He didn't know. I told him where to check for the sticker. He seemed disinterested and said he'd call me back. That was a week ago. I never heard from him again. This is sad because I've bought multiple cars from this dealership. Probably never again.

I ended up buying my truck from Sound Ford. They were very easy to work with. There was no hassle or need to negotiate. They absolutely had the best price in the Pacific NW which is why I drove 3 hours from home to purchase a truck through them.

The car was already sold ...I believe 2 days ago before my appointment and I didn’t know. And someone called just 2 hours before my appointment to inform me about another option cuz the was already sold!

5 different people contacted me, but NONE answered my questions, all they wanted to know was when I could come in and talk to them about the vehicle.

The car had sold by the time of my test drive, but they were helpful in locating a new car to test.

Talked to the sales manager (Lance) About a used vehicle they had and he told me there used vehicles go through there mechanic shop make sure everything is working, I drove 4 hours to get there and test drive the vehicle came to find out the a/c was not working So I was so disappointed Why would I pay close $20000 and still have tu put more money into a vehicle just didn’t make sense very bad experience at Frontier Ford

I bought my 2019 Ford Ranger at a very fair price and everyone at the Frontier Ford dealership was fantastic to work with.

Not good communication. After all the emailing back and forth found out the truck had already been sold. Ut couldn't tell me why the add was still up.

The advertised price is misrepresented. There are other charges the dealer "has to include" that aren't listed in the advertised price. There were additional charges for "accessories" that were not included in the listed price. The dealer refused to remove the charge so the actual price was higher than advertised.

They got back to me quickly and let me know it had just been sold.

The salesman were very nice they called me back gave me all the information I needed unfortunately I did not buy the truck but highly recommend them
