Jose was awesome. He got us in quickly and was very honest about the van we looked at and test drove. The dealership was eager to work with us and, while we did not end up buying, we would go back again.

i called them,made arrangements to see the vechicle,they call the night before,said the vechicle was taken for service, it that it would not be available so much for good customer service.

The first day we went in there we were a little upset we could not complete a deal but the manager, Ryan, gave us some personal attention to make sure we eventually became happy customers and he successfully accomplished that goal! It's refreshing having a dealership actually trying to make the customer happy and not just themselves. I really appreciate the professionalism and attention to our concerns by Ryan and his staff there at Lindsay Ford.

Lindsay Ford was outstanding...The vehicle sold before I was able to get to the dealership and test drive it...The salesman called me before I traveled an hour to inform me the vehicle was no longer available...I will definitely continue to search for F-150’s on Lindsay’s website..

Pass on Britt dealerships. Aggressive sales personnel who do not want to negotiate ($500 is not negotiating). Went somewhere else and found a newer explorer from a dealer who negotiated.

The dealer responded quickly to my first inquiry but failed to follow up with additional questions that I asked. I was ready to purchase a vehicle due to the one i currently own, a Navigator, starting to have issues but I received no response and purchased a newer Navigator at a different dealer. Maybe he thought that since a woman was inquiring that she would not be able to pay cash as I told them that I was going to do. There loss. The other dealer took care of me.

Advertised internet price was $40K (failed to look for fine print). After two trips, Demetrius (salesman) and Thomas (Manager), brought Wife and I a price that worked for both parties. STAFF was EXCELLENT. Overall experience the best we’ve ever had in 30 years of purchasing new vehicles.

I test drove the vehicle and we tossed some numbers around and in 40 minutes we had a deal. Super simple and easy! Kevin, our salesperson, was extremely helpful, kind, and friendly.
