Awful. Salesman lied about details of my car and finances. They snuck in hidden fees and advertised wrong fees. No response from management about these issues as they probably just don’t care. Choose a different dealer

I was told via text messaging that the vehicle I was interested was stolen off the lot. Here we are 2 weeks later and they still have the exact "stolen" vehicle for sale on Car Gurus. Pretty shady. Not a trustworthy dealership

Covid pandemic made it difficult to do business. Not the fault of dealership

After a test drive, I decided not to buy the truck I was first interested in as I decided a two door wasn’t for me. I felt no pressure to buy it and I appreciated that. I was shown a 1500 extended cab with more miles but in better condition and bought it instead.

Our salesman Tracy was a determined guy.He always has the customer interest first.He even went to the owner of the dealership and got me a great deal.would recommend this dealership and Tracy. As a great choice.

Looking for a nice work/pleasure truck for my General Contractor daughter in Charlotte. Saw this one Saturday morning at 8am, new posting, didn't even have pics up yet. Contacted Hovart immediately for pics, got them right away and sent to my daughter. My daughter called them as she drove down from Charlotte, test drove and bought the truck all by noon!!! They were awesome to her!!

Chip with auto gallery called to follow up with me. Turns out the truck they had wasn’t what I was looking for but he was very helpful , well informed and very enjoyable to talk with.

Excellent they did the credit application right over the phone I said everything was fine but unfortunately my car was not totaled so I did not need to get a new one but they were very helpful call me right back followed up
