Terrible experience. Made an appointment to test drive/buy a car. They said they were holding it for me. 30 minutes before my appointment they called to make sure I was still coming, I was. 10 minutes later they called and said they just sold the car they were holding for me. Unbelievable!! I will NEVER do business with this group!

I was unable to meet with the dealer due to personal reasons but he was very understanding and thanked me for my letting him know. Professional and courteous

Vehicle not as described and presented. Vehicle was not available for viewing upon arrival and ready as sales representative had advised. Kept waiting! Misrepresentation all around.

Got a great deal on 2003 Chevy SSR. Ryan help me get what I wanted at the right price and payment.

Never replied to my questions in the comment section, just sent a generic email.

Great experience at the car lot. Did see some hail damage on the trim when we got home. But I guess I should have looked closer. Scott and John were great to work with.

Dealer contacted me back. I went to look at the truck and it was sold. I spoke with a guy who I gave the name of the salesman I was dealing with. They seemed confused and seemed lost. They didn’t offer to show me anything else just said sorry it’s sold. See ya. I mean at least act like you want to sell something.

Contacted first thing in the morning. Was told car is available. I asked multiple questions as I was out of state and wanted to be sure the car met my expectations. After asking all the questions was responded with “price is firm” ... Insaid mo problem. If everything I asked gets answered and I’m happy with it price isn’t an issue. Then it was we have a customer on it. Out of state buyers, don’t waste your time. Lazy sales staff.

Overall smooth experience. Had car waiting when I got there even though I got there before they opened. On ly thing that could improve is if they could take cash directly through a wire transfer.

Spoke with salesperson and shared my details. I guess my situation wasn’t an attractive enough sale. I never heard back on the results of my offer. It’s a shame because I really would have liked the chance to get the unique vehicle I was interested in. It was a beauty.

Dealer contacted me very promptly and was willing to send additional pics and was very pleasant. Discovered daughter, who we are looking for, wanted the Platinum Reserve interior, so we passed on this one.

He they answered my calls, but they supposed to call me back when they get information about the truck, but they never call me back. I don’t know why they use websites to advertise vehicles and they don’t have it & they don’t want to work a deal by remotely, I do a lot of transactions and process by phone with different kind of business, why not buy a new truck. Contactless service/sales??? It’s a liar

The entire staff was very helpful and polite. I haven't had such a pleasant car buying experience in years. I would highly recommend Bob Moore to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Bait and switch? After I spent time cleaning my trade and taking and sending pictures I am informed the vehicle I want "just sold that morning" ... days later it is still listed on Car Gurus
