“Fun and Reliable Drive”

I have owned my 2003 X5 4.6is since new. I don't have any complaints about this vehicle. It is fun to drive and very little has gone wrong with it. BMW builds a very robust product with the intent for the vehicle to last a long, long time. I have approximately 160,000 km on it now and it still drives like new.

Sometimes they don't take down the ad and make sure you ask about the details of the vehicle because they didn't have all the amenities listed for this particular vehicle until we asked. I was thinking to make a 2 hours trip to the dealership to trade my car and to buy an X6. The salesman new that I'm trying to visit the dealership while unexpectedly the price increased on CarGurus by 1K! I contacted them again to ask how flexible are they to negotiate and I got a very non friendly answer. Zero costumer service!

We also received a text from you stating you could purchase an X6 closer to your home for thousands less. We price our vehicles competitively and don't have thousands to negotiate with our pricing.

Twice I requested confirmation for an appointment that would assure me that the car would be ready for a test drive and inspection, as I live 90 min away from the dealership. Twice the dealership failed to confirm. The good news, the price of the car dropped $2500 during this time. The bad news, it would have to drop a hell of a lot more for me to consider taking a drive there now.
