The SUV exceeds our expectations. From comfort to safety to style this BMW hit all points! My wife loves the sensors around the vehicle making her aware of any obstacles before incident. Overall this was our number one choice and happy with it. We also looked at the XC90, Grand Cherokee, GV80.

BMW X5 this is a very good premium crossover, I think this car loses a lot of value in the first year and then the price stays the same, it's a very decent car!

Great car with so many features. Some of the features I liked the most are Hands free driving ( Driver Assistant plus), record the parking route and replay it later for auto parking, using my phone and apple watch as a key so no need to carry physical key, live view of the car from your smartphone and so on. 46 miles of electric range and 3 different driving modes - sports, hybrid and electric makes this car one of the best cars I drove.

BMW X5 test drive
overall
The 2027 X5 represents the most substantial redesign in the model’s history.
The X5 was BMW’s first SUV and remains one of its most popular models today. Just over 25 years after its introduction, this midsize crossover now faces competition from the Acura MDX, the Audi Q7, the Genesis GV80, the Lexus RX, and the Mercedes-Benz GLE, among others. For 2027, the X5 gets a thorough redesign, entering its fifth generation with very different styling and tech features pulled from BMW’s new family of EVs. For the first time, there’s an all-electric iX5 as well, but we’ll cover that model separately.
Verdict: The redesigned X5 drives as well as before, while the interior takes a step forward, but cargo space takes a step backward, and the number of software features is overwhelming.
