New BMW X5 for Sale in California

Very helpful.

Brought car to my house and I liked it but they said they needed to inspect it before they could sell it. That was over a week ago and have heard nothing back. Had problems at start as the set up an apointment and when I got there no one knew nothing and car was not inspected. Wasted trip

Dealership responded quickly thru email but there’s some confusion or miscommunication on the appointment window. I was willing to come in at 10am the following day to look at the car but was told “Sorry, but there’s an appointment for 11:30am.” I had a tight schedule and was only in the bay area a few days. Long story short, I ended up buying a car from somewhere else. I will still consider Peter Pan BMW in the future.

Contacted regarding this vehicle. Their responce was that they are not selling cars from CA to NV residents at the moment. I then asked if they would talk a deposit or how long it would be until they were? No responce from the sales person or the sales manager. Unreal.

They did not honor the purchase agreement where they will fix the paint chip and ding on the hood and door. They made an attempt to correct it but it’s still noticeable. And when I informed them it’s in the agreement they basically told me they tried and they are not going to do anything more. I don’t recommend this dealership to anyone.

I already hold Weatherford BMW in high esteem 25 years before this. Now actually I'm almost ready ready to make my first actual purchase from Weatherford BMW how ironic is that! It will be my son's first car 17 years old. So yeah the service was great I appreciate it I really do! I'll be back at Weatherford BMW before the end of this year 2020 Dec thanks.

The client advisor was very very responsive to all my questions and she kept the communications open. She tried her best to get me the best deal for a car build allotment but the dealer wouldn't budge from MSRP for an order.

Picture was misleading. The car was described as "blue sapphire". I was asked to send a signed declaration of purchase for the car. I was informed it was non binding, and I could cancel, and it was a formality to hold the car while it was going through car preparation for sale. The car was then marked as sold (CarGuru). No clue if that was because the car is ready for inspection or sold to a third party. Confusing to say the least.

Yes the responded with information. I did talk to the sales manager and told him I was driving out to come look at the vehicle. He did not inform me the vehicle was sold the night before. Which was frustrating due to the fact I was driving hours away to come look at it. They should let people know that they sold the vehicles prior not customers asking if it was sold because if I would’ve never asked I would’ve driven all that way for nothing.
