Even though we purchased from another dealer Josh was fantastic to deal with,real pleasure and no pressure.

The dealer is very slow to the email correspondence. Also, the dealer does not work with out-of-state buyers and abruptly stopped all communications. When re-contacted, the dealer's automatic messaging system still welcomes you and eager to earn the business and later realize the out-of-state situation and stopped responding again.

Josh with internet sales was very professional and had knowledge of the vehicle we were purchasing. Very good and safe atmosphere.

Awful!! They did everything in their power to not sell me a car. I even came in the second time around determined to get the vehicle I wanted and I was basically made to feel like a burden. Call backs took forever, IF I ever got a call back. Trying to work out numbers was basically a take it or leave it approach, even with a used vehicle. Don’t go here. Go to a deferent dealer.

Very attentive dealership. Courteous. Answered all my questions. Well mannered. Easy to like people. I decided on another style vehicle but they impressed me with customer skills as compared to other dealerships.

They are very unprofessional once the purchase is done and would not follow up with you. Be careful before you decide to buy a car. I needed to get my title fixed. They will not return your voicemails or emails even after multiple attempts. No cooperation what’s so ever or even communication.

Five star goes out to salesman Josh Kottke. From the beginning he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond with helping me find the right car. Josh was straight to the point, helpful and extremely patient.

Scott Kim is why Beverly Hills BMW is so awesome! Even though we came in to look at an Audi, he treated us like family. The moment we got there, we felt welcomed and comfortable. He made the whole experience easy and we felt zero pressure. The vehicle we were looking at wasn't even a BMW, but he did his research and was able to answer our questions regarding the Audi.
