• Infotainment: BMW's curved-screen setup pairs a 12.3-inch driver's screen with a 14.9-inch infotainment display, and it includes Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
• Fuel efficiency: The EPA rates the 750e at 65 MPGe (electric) and 25 mpg (gas) combined, and the 740i and 760i are also quite efficient, delivering 28 mpg (or 27 with AWD) and 20 mpg combined, respectively.

Which BMW 7 Series trim should I buy?

The 2024 BMW 7 Series offers these trims:

• 740i: The entry trim uses a turbocharged 3.0-liter inline-six with 375 horsepower and rear-wheel drive, and it suits you if you want the most accessible way into the lineup.

• 750e xDrive: This plug-in hybrid adds 483 horsepower, 516 lb-ft of torque, and electric driving capability, making it a strong choice if you want more efficiency and extra punch.

What BMW 7 Series do most buyers choose?

The BMW 7 Series years with the most listings are 2023, 2022, and 2024.

Higher-volume years usually give you more choice, which can make it easier to compare trims, colors, and equipment. They also tend to be the years shoppers focus on most when balancing price, availability, and feature content.

What is the BMW 7 Series's resale value?

Most model years are down sharply year over year, which creates better opportunities for used buyers. The newest models show the steepest drops, while older examples still continue to soften at a double-digit pace in many cases. That pattern points to strong value for shoppers who are willing to buy used instead of new.

The 2016, 2014, and 2020 model years have held their value best, with the smallest year-over-year price changes.
