The 2023 Audi Q4 e-tron is a small, nimble, and highly efficient all-electric crossover. It was introduced for the 2022 model year, and it carries over into 2023 with the introduction of a lower-cost variant, dubbed “40,” which joins the Q4 e-tron 50. The Q4 e-tron’s aerodynamic layout provides up to 53.1 cubic feet of cargo space with the rear seats folded and closer to 25 cubic feet of cargo space with the rear seats in use.
