The 2023 Audi Q4 e-tron is a small, nimble, and highly efficient all-electric crossover. It was introduced for the 2022 model year, and it carries over into 2023 with the introduction of a lower-cost variant, dubbed “40,” which joins the Q4 e-tron 50.
