New Audi A4 for Sale in Yakima, WA

Very responsive and helpful

I had pre-approved financing through Navy Federal but was told I can't use it because they require out of state buyers to pay with cash. I requested the salesperson have the manager contact me. The manager sent me an email, I explained the issue and his response was "call me Monday" I called Monday, left a voice message and never got a call back. I've never had to work that hard to try and buy a car.

Two sales persons responded and one is following up helpfully.

Purchased 2017 Ford Escape July 2019. Thirteen days later the car had to be towed to the Ford dealership. It broke down after being driven 5 times. Audi dealership management will not take the car back, won’t give us a loaner car either, leaving us with no vehicle. They don’t stand by their vehicles. Stay as far away as possible.
