Very bad service. Sales rep was very rude. When I ask for a manager. Manager said he wanted my sell and his best sells rep would call me but no one did. Wow! I guess they are not in the business of selling car. Don’t buy there. You will only upset yourself. The customer service is as bad as the car dealership service record. Unfortunate.

Essence ended up being the dealer where I am buying my car from. Excellent and professional service, along with the best price on the vehicle, extended warranties, shipping, etc. Paul in sales and Amanda in their finance department, have been a delight to work with. They have made the process flawless, seamless and super easy. I very highly recommend them!

They were responsive without being pushy. Made the deal happen. Corey, Chase and Ishan were all very easy to work with!

Once the answered my question and it was determined that the car they had is not what i was looking for - I let that sales person know I was not interested. He continued to contact me and I was polite in the beginning but he just kept on. I ended up having to call his manager and file a MAJOR complaint about the sales person Dustin - How many times do i have to say NOT INTERESTED. By the time i called the manager I was extremely angry.

Great, caring people. The VW had already sold but Hannah IS a great saleswoman & I left in a beautiful Ford F150 all decked out. Thank you soooo much to everyone there. Loong process but well worth it ! Very impressed & happy.

Manager Kim never returned my calls nor did they honor what she told me what they would give me for my trade. It was the worst buying process that I have ever been through in buying a car.

Didn’t buy this truck because we couldn’t agree on monthly payment for me over the phone but, Kimberly was going out a limb to get me there and make a deal. Unfortunately I found another truck elsewhere, but no hard feelings maybe next time I’ll go here first and see what kinda deal we can agree on.
